You must refer new LaserCare customers by providing them with your
LaserCare account number. Referred customers must order LaserCare
brand products and services and mention your LaserCare account number
at the time order is placed. Allow 4 to 6 weeks after order is placed
to receive your certificates. May not be combined with other LaserCare
promotional offers or referral programs. Offer not transferable
or redeemable for cash. Account must be active and in good standing,
as determined by LaserCare in its sole discretion, to receive certificates.
LaserCare reserves the sole right to modify, suspend or cancel this
referral program at any time without notice. |
